1. Terms & Conditions

By engaging with our services, you (the “Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions:
1.1 Services Offered
We provide the following services:
  • Digital Marketing (Social Media, Paid Ads, Content Marketing)
  • Website Design & Development
  • SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Services
  • LinkedIn Profile Management
  • Payment Gateway Services
All services will be executed as per the mutually agreed scope, timeline, and payment terms shared during onboarding
1.2 Payments
  • All payments are to be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Payment for services can be made via our approved payment gateway or through bank transfer.
  • Taxes, as applicable under Indian laws, will be charged additionally.
1.3 Service Delivery
  • Our team will commence services post confirmation of payment.
  • Any delays due to non-availability of required inputs from the client will not be the responsibility of the company.
  • Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary based on project complexity and client requirements.
  • We provide a Scope of Work (SOW) detailing deliverables, timelines, and pricing. – The project begins after client approval via Google Form and digital signature.
  • Timelines vary depending on the services and options chosen. All specific timelines are detailed in the SOW. – Working days include only active work time by TLPGlobus Solutions Pvt. Ltd. – Time waiting for client approvals, content submissions, or decisions is not counted in the timeline.
1.4 Client Responsibilities
  • The client is responsible for providing accurate information, timely approvals, and access to necessary platforms or data.
  • Content, images, and materials provided by the client must be free from copyright infringement.
  • If legal issues arise regarding the client’s business or service, the client assumes full responsibility
1.5 Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. – If an NDA is signed, no marketing use will occur without written consent.
1.6 Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service. We shall not be responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
